Hiya.

My name is Daniel Laton Phillips. People who get to know me call me Danny.

First, I'm very grateful that you are taking a look at my work. Thank you.

I have been a professional artist my entire adult life. I got a job right out of high school at a sign shop in Reseda. Back then computers weren't a thing so everything was done by hand.

I was told by one of my mentors that in life you're given a fishing pole with 15 hooks on it.

Bait all of them!

You could say I took that to heart. Professionally I've dived into the deep end of the pool with my eyes closed countless times. I create. I'm a problem solver.

Here's a few snapshots of my life.

If it is meant to be I hope to be part of yours.

I have been working with many of my clients for 20, 30, 40 years. One day I was meeting with one of them when they told me "Danny, we love working with you. There's never any problems." Apparently they always had problems with the other contractors they worked with. Several of the projects I've done with them are shown on my site.

I was on a huge project at the Beverly Center for a year and a half subcontracting for the worlds largest sign company. A large part of the project was painting on the most difficult surface I've ever painted on. A hundred and eighty graphics on the walls that resembled a lunar landscape. It took what it took...a long time. The Beverly Center management wanted it to go faster so the wanted to bring people in to work with me. They couldn't find anyone anywhere in the continental United States. My contact person told them I was the best there is.

I'm not boasting. I don't need to. Work with me and you will see for yourself.

Just three dudes hanging out, Kyle, Laton and myself.
